Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Please see Shipping Policy for more info.
Process time
We aim to ship out orders within 1-2 weeks, with the exception of product launch days. During launches please allow 1-3 weeks. Orders will always be shipped prior to dispatched date.

Do you offer Upgrade shipping?
We do offer DHL shipping for international order, it is expensive but much more reliable. Most orders will arrive within one week with DHL shipping.
For UK - we offer Next Day Royal Mail delivery. After processing of your order which is between 1-2 weeks.
Are there custom charge for international orders?
International orders are subject to customs fees. Please use a customs calculator to estimate duty fees in your country. If you refuse to pay for the duty fee's and the parcel get sent back to me, I will not be responsible to offer a refund.
Can you mark my order as gift?
Im sorry, I cannot mark your order as a gift, even on Etsy. Parcel tend to be opened and inspected if marked as gift. I cannot take responsibility for a parcel that get sent back to me because of this.
I already placed an order and would like to place another one with combined shipping?
If you made an order and want to order again and I haven’t shipped your order yet, please feel free to message me and I will give you a unique free shipping discount code so you only be paying for 1 shipment.
Is the plastic food safe?
If you require a food safe plastic, please mention in the comment and I will use a specific PLA food safe plastic to print your order.
What is the size of the cutting edge and colour of the material?
All cutters have thin cutting edge between 0.1mm - 0.3mm to leave you a clean, crisp cut which will cut down sanding time. Colours will vary from pastel pink, peach and satin ivory or champagne gold and shimmering olive green.
What is Embossed and Not Embossed?
Embossed means having the pattern inside included in the cutter. Not Embossed mean not having the pattern included, so its just an outline shell.
Do you Sell STL files of your designs?
No we do not sell these files as they are copyrighted design and are intellectual property of babycutters.com and etsy.com/babycutters
Do you do custom designs?
No, sorry, we do not offer this service. However, we can do custom size of our existing design's. If you are interested, please contact us.

Discount codes?
If you was given a discount code before when on Etsy, the same discount code will ONLY apply in the website and not on Etsy store.
