Refund policy

We do not accept cancellation or refund. All sale's are final. But if you change your mind about a purchase, we can offer exchange for a different item equivalent to the price only If I have not shipped your order yet.

Refusal to pay custom

If you refuse to pay for the duty fee's and the parcel get sent back to me, we will not be responsible to offer a refund, but we can send the parcel back to you but you will be required to pay for the postage.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you recieve the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

We offer replacement for orders that is lost in mail. However, due to the current events of COVID-19 across the globe, there are delays with all postal carriers. Please allow 14 working days (UK) and 4 weeks (International) before contacting us to investigate and resolve the issue with the delayed parcel.

We do not offer refund when there is proof of delivery.
